Good - My ordered item was shipped a little late and it arrived 2-3 days later then expected delivery I was told on the phone. I think shipping method used is slower compared to the amount charged for shipping ($10.00). I shipped the same item back for exchange to jewelery4us.com and it only took two days with priority mail; it was a lot cheaper and including insurance and tracking number.
